18th Challenge Kicks Off
Cognitive Advantage from AI Systems.
Allied Command Transformation (ACT) & Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) kick off the 18th NATO Innovation Challenge, “Agentic AI for Cognitive Warfare.”
This challenge focuses on developing tools that enhance narrative, psychological, and decision-making capabilities to achieve cognitive advantage over the adversary in times of crisis and conflict. The objective is to enhance message clarity, relevance, and cognitive impact against an adversary audience, ensuring key target audiences are deterred and disrupted.
